The Automatic Capsule Loader loads capsules automatically onto the loading tray of the Capsule Filling Machine. The machine is compact and occupies minimum space. it gives higher production with a much better standard of accuracy.
The loader automatically loads the empty capsule in the loading plate for the manually operated capsule filling machine, hence it takes normally 5 minutes to load the empty capsule in a 300-hole loading plate manually, this machine cuts down that time to only 30 seconds. With the help of a Capsule Loader, one can fill loading plates of 2 - 3 capsule filling machines. Thus increases the production on one hand and reduces the number of operator & equipment costs on the other hand.
