Auto Coater

An auto coater, also known as an automatic coating machine, is a piece of machinery used to coat small particles with a thin film. It's commonly used in the pharmaceutical and food industries to coat tablets, pills, candies, and granules with a variety of materials, including sugar, organic materials, and aqueous coatings. 

Here's how an auto coater works:

1. The coated material moves in a continuous, orbital motion.
2. The coating material is automatically sprayed onto the device.
3. Hot filtered air is discharged to quickly dry the coating and create a thin layer on the surface.
